This delicious beer cocktail is courtesy of Darren Crawford, who can can usually be found behind the stick at Bourbon & Branch or Tony Nik’s in San Francisco.
1.75 oz St. George Single Malt Whiskey
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz apricot liqueur
1/4 oz nocino
1/4 oz turbinado syrup
2 dashes bitters
1 oz IPA
Shake the first five ingredients in a cocktail shaker and then strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Slowly top with IPA, then garnish with orange peel.
